Every outlet reports differently
One keeps a register, one sends photos on WhatsApp, one texts a total at midnight. Three formats, no common definition of a day, nothing that can be lined up side by side.
Numbers arrive without their working
An outlet reports a figure for the day. Whether the drawer was counted, what was paid out of it, and who signed off are not in the message.
A small pattern hides in the total
A steady difference at one outlet is easy to miss when the only thing travelling upward is a single number per day.
How it works across outlets
One account per outlet
Each outlet is set up as its own restaurant, with its own staff, suppliers, cash sessions, and payroll. Setup takes a few minutes per outlet.
One process everywhere
The same opening balance, vouchers, banking, denomination count, and submitted close at every outlet. Comparable numbers come from a comparable method.
Outlets stay separate
Staff see only the outlet they work at. Nothing from one outlet is visible in another.
A transfer log between outlets
When stock moves to or from another outlet, it is recorded with item, quantity, and estimated value against the other outlet's name. Each side keeps its own entry.
What is not built yet
There is no consolidated dashboard across outlets. An account holds one restaurant, there is no owner login sitting above several outlets, and no screen adds outlets together. Comparing them means opening each account or comparing the exports.
The transfer log is one-sided by design. An outlet records what it sent or received and names the outlet on the other side as text. No stock or value moves between accounts, and nothing arrives at the other outlet on its own.
What you get today is the part that has to come first: every outlet closing its day the same way, counted and attributed. Roll-up on top of inconsistent capture would only average the guesswork.
